I use a lot of herbs for seasoning and in salads. However sometimes I have to manage with dried herbs if our greengrocer does not have enough stock.
I found out a way to get out of this. I learnt how to grow herbs in my backyard and am successful in the same now. I just need to step out of my house and pluck some rosemary for the recipe I am cooking…it is wonderful indeed! If you are not blessed with a back or front yard, pots will also do.
Nothing can compare the aroma of fresh home-grown herbs, isn’t it?
